Good question, I asked myself every night as I woke up and ready to go for a night shift, leaving the comfort and companionship of my wife and children.

I always dreamed and visualized the day I would finally be my own boss. I had a very difficult boss at a telecommunications company which would push us and drive hired as machines to meet the ever changing targets.

It really made me mad. Something in me would not give me rest. I looked at the benefits of running my own business.

It was not easy to think of leaving the job security and jump into self-employment, something that even my father never did.

It was important to me to ask some very important questions before I make the decisive leap of faith in self-employment. The advantages of having my own home business are vast, but it also means many sacrifices to achieve my dreams. I had to take some calculated risks and go into this thing without any eye infection. I asked some serious questions, and answered myself openly and honestly. Will I or should I not interested in home business?

I saw that if I had to make real changes in my life, I had to go look for a home business, do not have a false sense of security, follow the crowd and people never come in driver’s seat of my financial future. I began to despise the little thank you we received tokens to achieve the objectives.

All night, I guess have time for my wife and my children, but in the same time having more than enough in my house.

I imagined the freedom of being your own boss, instead of someone breathing behind you see what you do. I thought to work less but more to my own timetable. I looked forward to one day I’d be the peace that is only the effectiveness of first order for myself.

I realized that self-motivation, which is the PIN for success was already in me. I would encourage others to work, even if they were less in the mood. I saw that I could drive myself to work without a supervisor and make a difference. Goals and objectives has been my pleasure. I always kept my mind open to new things and willing to learn. I knew that as a business owner home, I had to deal first of all, management, production, quality control, delivery, customer service and so on until I could employ someone.

I have been a key player in the company where I worked, and that the company was more than half a million dollars every night with my hands. So, if I could make someone richer, then certainly I could somehow succeed in a home business.

Of course, I could not plunge into home business, without proper research and a roadmap on what I wanted to do. I checked the internet for good opportunities. I went into the forums, blogs, articles and other sites to make sure I take an informed decision.

I have not quit my day job until when my home business was to make me more money.

There was no shortage of people who laughed and tried to pull me back. I reasoned with stories of great inventors, how they were ridiculed labeled crazy when made groundbreaking discoveries.

I stayed focused and my eyes really the ball. I could see the open doors where others saw closed and locked doors. I decided not to count on the sun for light, but an internal source of illumination.
